Justice Hernandez just turned 28 on August 5th. She just moved to the Portland area and is looking to build her clientele after just recently moving from her hometown, where she had been a nail tech for 2+ years. She got married to her wife in July and they have the most beautiful little girl you’ll ever meet. Justice specializes in polygel, toe and toenail reconstruction. She is a certified yapper, and there’s no such thing as TMI, but she also knows when and how to be professional and believes her clients deserve the best hospitality and service(s).
