With respect for our time, our policies are stated below.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to adhere to the following:

  • If a client is 15 or more minutes late to their appointment, the client will need to reschedule.

    • There will be a rescheduling fee, subject to each Beautician. If a client “no shows” without prior communication, they will not be rescheduled.

    • If a client cancels within 24-hours of their appointment time, they will be required to pay - at minimum - a $50 cancellation fee, depending on the service scheduled.

  • Feeling sick? We kindly ask that you refrain from coming to your appointment ill.
    Our beauticians are free to turn away clients that they are uncomfortable working with.

  • To keep our salon safe, tidy, and efficient, we kindly ask that only the clients receiving services attend appointments.
